As we move ever closer to a world of transhumanism, both medicine and science are actively trying to usurp the concept of natural immunity. But just when the powers-that-be laughably convince themselves that they can outdo nature, along comes a reminder of how dangerously wrong they always are. Case in point: A study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine called “Physical inactivity is associated with a higher risk for severe COVID-19 outcomes: a study in 48,440 adult patients.”
Here’s how the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy summed up the primary findings:
Read that again: The top two risks factors for Covid-19 death are being over 60 and having had a previous organ transplant. Fine. The organ transplant part is rare (about 30,000 per year). The over-60 part doesn’t factor in lifestyle and comorbidities — which brings us to the third most important risk factor: consistent inactivity. Yes, sitting on your ass watching propaganda on your TV or iPad is more lethal than smoking, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. Meanwhile, Lord Fauci and the Pharmaceutical Priesthood want to keep us hiding and scared at home — increasingly reliant on them for miracle “fixes” like an experimental gene therapy masquerading as a vaccine.
I have dedicated a major chunk of my life to exercising and inspiring others to exercise. So, please allow me to offer a simplified explanation of why you need to turn off the media misinformation and work up a sweat on a regular basis.
When exercising, we produce an antioxidant enzyme called extracellular superoxide dismutase (EcSOD). EcSOD can dramatically reduce the risks of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). When suffering from a respiratory illness, your lungs can get inflamed. They may swell and stiffen — thus opening the door for two dreaded outcomes: oxygen deprivation and fluid buildup. Not surprisingly, patients with Covid-19 who develop ARDS have a higher death rate. ARDS is more likely in those who remain consistently inactive.
For the purposes of the study:
Zhen Yan, PhD, professor of cardiovascular medicine at the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville and the lead author of a paper on ARDS. “If you exercise regularly,” he says, “you will have more EcSOD and better ability to deal with any stressors.”
Far more dangerous than the potential risks of Covid-19 is the collective damage to our mental health — thanks to 18 months of pernicious programming. Well, guess what? Regular exercise is also proven to have valuable psychological benefits, e.g.
As the authors of the study mentioned up top noted, “education about the benefits of physical activity has largely been absent amid the pandemic and that public health mitigation measures likely reduced exercise levels even more as people were asked to stay home.” Lead author Robert Sallis, MD, declared: “Exercise is medicine that everyone should take — especially in this era of COVID-19.”
You don’t need Big Pharma to be healthy. Corporate medicine does not profit from exercise so they have ZERO motivation to remind you that there’s no replacement for taking responsibility for your own wellbeing. At least 150 minutes per week of actual exercise is an excellent start. (P.S. If you need input on getting started, I’m available for virtual training sessions.)
