Africa
Africa is the world's second-largest continent, after Asia. It is bordered by the Mediterranean Sea to the north, the Isthmus of Suez and the Red Sea to the northeast, the Indian Ocean to the southeast and the Atlantic Ocean to the west.
The continent includes Madagascar and various archipelagos. It contains 54 fully recognized sovereign states, eight territories and two de facto independent states with limited or no recognition. Algeria is Africa's largest country by area, and Nigeria is its largest by population. African nations cooperate through the establishment of the African Union, which is headquartered in Addis Ababa.
Africa is home to a wide variety of cultures, languages, and religions. It is also home to a wide variety of natural resources, including oil, gas, diamonds, gold, and copper. However, Africa is also the world's poorest continent, with a high rate of poverty and illiteracy.
Africa is a continent with a rich history and a bright future. It is a continent that is full of potential, and it is a continent that is worth investing in. -Bard
